Book direct: The numbers tell the story

Based on Kalibiri Labs analysis, the data shows that direct brand.com hotel bookings are significant more profitable than OTA bookings, to the tune of a roughly 9 percent before factoring in ancillary spend which can take this to almost 18 percent.
