IHG on putting digital, direct bookings and loyalty first

Driving direct bookings is a core element of IHG's strategy and its focus is paying off. Digital is its largest channel, delivering over 20% or $4.2 billion of its gross room's revenue per annum, up from just 12% in 2005.
