The OTA’s attempt at discrediting the value of the hotel’s direct channel

Last week ETTSA - and organisation promoting the interests of OTAs - released a report called "Hotel Distribution Costs," examining the costs associated with direct and indirect distribution channels for hotels. Both, HEBS Digital and Triptease don't agree with the findings and share their views on ETTSA's claims.
